Dina Grossman-Elias is the Co-Founder and President of Elite Speech Care, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience specializing in pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy. Her passion for helping young children communicate and thrive has been the driving force behind everything she does. She founded her first private practice in 2002 and used that experience to build Elite Speech Care into the compassionate, family-centered practice it is today.
Dina earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus and her Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. Before co-founding Elite Speech Care, she spent nearly two decades running Little Chatterbox Speech & Feeding, a pediatric private practice she built.
That experience gave her deep expertise across articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorder, social-pragmatic communication, early intervention, and pediatric feeding and oral motor therapy. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is both VitalStim and Beckman Oral Motor Certified.
At Elite Speech Care, Dina provides comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy while supervising SLPAs, graduate clinicians, and clinical staff. She works closely with families, physicians, educators, and ABA providers to ensure every child’s therapy carries over across all environments.
Families who work with Dina know her as someone who truly listens, who meets each child where they are, and who empowers parents with the tools and confidence to support their child’s progress at home. Her belief that every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and never alone on their child’s communication journey is at the core of Elite Speech Care’s mission.
